Basic Rules

Packages are generally dispatched on the same day payment is received and are shipped via DHL, TNT, DPD or Postal Services with a tracking number and drop-off requiring a signature. Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight and final destination of the shipment. Boxes are amply sized, and your items are well-protected.

You will receive an email with the tracking number of your package on the same day the shipment is made.

The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered, the store program adds up the weight of all the units and charges a single delivery fee. Thus, a customer who orders three products weighing 200g, 250g, and 400g is charged a single delivery fee for a consignment weighing more than 500g but less than one kilogram. The customer is not charged for three separate consignments weighing less than 500g each.
