At HHO Plus, Alternative Energies, Ltd, we have implemented a wide range of testing equipment to inspect each stage of production, ensuring rigorous quality control at every step. Our products undergo testing against various parameters and standards before being released to the market.

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched on the same day payment is received and shipped via DHL, TNT, DPD, or Postal Services with a tracking number and signature confirmation. Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary based on the total weight and destination. Boxes are appropriately sized to ensure your items are well-protected.

Warranty Policy

We are confident in our products and quality control, which is why we offer a two-year warranty against material and construction defects. Warranty coverage begins on the purchase date and is non-transferable. HHO Plus guarantees that its hydrogen generators and electronic components are free from material defects and poor workmanship. The warranty covers defects resulting from normal use but does not apply to issues caused by improper installation, maintenance, or modifications. It also excludes the use of unauthorized parts or alterations not approved by our company.

HHO generators must be used only as intended, within their design and specifications. HHO Plus is not responsible for repairs, replacements, or refunds until the defective product is returned to our company.

Online Return Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you're not satisfied, you may return unused or uninstalled items within 30 days of the invoice date to our returns processing center, unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns to HHO Plus

Items purchased on our website can be returned to HHO Plus Lda. All returns must include the original invoice from the shipment. Returns are processed in the order received, typically within 1 to 3 business days after arrival. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
