This kit is sold complete and ready to be connected:

- HHO gas generator - Dry cell of 13 plates in 316L stainless steel;

- Leak-proof reservoir (1 litre volume) with easy level check and opening for filling;

- Oversized 30A-12V DC control relay

- HO7V-K 6 mm2 electrical cable, in red and black colors, suitable for the electrical connection and wiring of the kit;

- Fuse holder for high amperage plate fuses;

- 20A plate fuse

- Non-return safety valve;

- Pre-insulated terminals and accessories for connections to the power source (battery), relay, generator and ground;

- Pipe for high-pressure gas;

- Tubing for the electrolyte in crystal PVC;

Key features of our products

Generator Dimensions -  The small size of our generators allows for easy installation in all cars. The dry cell can also be installed horizontally or vertically, allowing for greater installation flexibility.

HHO gas production  – Despite its efficiency, the cell is relatively small in size compared to the amount of gas supplied, ensuring optimal long-term operation. Furthermore, the easy reconfiguration of the plates (positive, negative, and neutral) via a lug system allows for production optimization according to your needs.

Generator Plates -  The plates are made of laser-cut 316L stainless steel and undergo a chemical and physical treatment specially designed by our team to extend the generator's operating life. You will not see brown deposits forming in our dry cells. A manufacturer's certificate guarantees the quality and durability of the steel we use.

Generator Flanges -  The new nylon flanges for the dry cell were developed specifically for our generators. Their excellent physical strength and, above all, their thermal resistance (melting point 190-350°C) make nylon an ideal material for this type of product. Since the generator will be installed in the engine compartment, where temperatures can be very high in summer, the material's durability is crucial.

Seals  – The seals used are special EPDM elastomers (operating temperature limits: -40 to 220°C), with a square cross-section and large contact surface, designed specifically for our generators. Optimal pressure distribution across the entire surface of the seals.

Bubbler  - It performs several functions: flame arrestor, gas dryer, removes a large portion of the electrolyte traces from the gas, and allows the tank to be ventilated when the system is not in use
