Our Hydrogen Technology
Experiments were carried out to evaluate the influence of the addition of HHO gas (hydrogen+oxygen obtained electrochemically from water) to the air in the intake manifold of a direct injection diesel engine. What research shows that the addition of HHO gas can improve the combustion efficiency due to the different combustion properties of hydrogen compared to conventional fuels.
A paper presented at FISITA describes the dynamometer test results of a study in which a small amount of HHO gas is added to the air intake of a diesel engine.

How Does Hydrogen Work in Your Car?
Inside your engine, pistons move rapidly up and down, generating power for your vehicle. When a piston descends, it creates a vacuum that draws in fuel and air (intake). As the piston rises, it compresses the mixture (compression) until the spark plug ignites it (power). Ideally, the piston should fire only after reaching the top of the combustion chamber, but most engines fire prematurely, leading to incomplete fuel combustion. This inefficiency increases fuel consumption and produces pollution.
When the hydrogen gas mixes with your fuel, the piston can compress the mixture more completely before ignition. The presence of extra hydrogen facilitates a more efficient combustion process, reducing waste emissions and slightly increasing engine power, thus improving your fuel mileage.
Research shows that adding hydrogen gas helps the engine achieve a better air/fuel ratio. Without hydrogen, the stoichiometric gasoline/air ratio is approximately 1 to 14.7 by mass. With hydrogen, the engine can operate effectively with a gasoline/air ratio of 1 to 20 or even higher.
While hydrogen gas does not provide additional energy to the engine, it acts as a reformer by promoting the complete combustion of heavy fuel molecules. In other words, the small amount of hydrogen in the engine allows more fuel to burn completely, shifting the conventional fuel/air ratio to a more favorable balance.
Is the technology safe? Won't it damage my engine?
Yes, the technology is very safe. There is no gas storage or risk of explosion because the generator only operates when the engine is running, and it immediately burns all the gas produced. Our equipment does not affect the engine or any other part of the car.
