General Selling Conditions

Article 1 - Scope

These general conditions of sale apply, as part of the distance selling service of HHO Plus Lda, to all sales concluded through the website www.hhoplus.com. We may modify the Legal Notice at any time, subject to displaying these changes on our site.

Article 2 - Price

2.1 The prices and shipping fees of our products are indicated in Euros, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, and Pound Sterling, with taxes included.

2.2 All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in these four currencies.

2.3 Our company reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time the order is registered. Price and product availability information are subject to change and are for informational purposes only.

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of your payment. The contractual information is presented in all languages and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of delivery. Our company reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order.

Article 4 - Validation

When you click on the "I confirm my order" button after the ordering process, you declare to accept this Legal Notice, as well as the entirety of the present general conditions of sale, without reserve. The data recorded by HHO Plus Lda is proof of all transactions made by our company and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system is proof of financial transactions.

Article 5 - Availability

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website, while stocks last. In case of unavailability of the product after placing your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. You will then be able to request the cancellation or exchange of your order by email at info@hhoplusgas.com.

Article 6 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process. The delivery time includes the preparation time of the package and the delivery time. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the order will only be processed upon receipt. Consequently, the applicable deadlines in this case are those on the day of receipt of the bank transfer and can therefore be modified from those mentioned on the day of placing the order.

Article 9 - 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

The items provided by our company are new and guaranteed. You can return any purchase within a 14-day period without needing to provide any justification. After 14 days, you can usually only ask for a refund if repair or replacement is not possible. Returns of products must be made in their original packaging, at the address:

Article 10 - Guarantee

When you purchase an item in our store, you will have the right to a 2-year guarantee, free of charge. During this period, if a purchased item is faulty or does not work as advertised, our company must repair, replace, or provide a full or partial refund. Please note that minor issues may not entitle you to a refund.

Article 11 - Law and competent court

This is applicable to both substantive and formal rules. In case of dispute or claim, the consumer will first contact our company to obtain an amicable solution. In case of other disputes, the place of performance is the commercial court for both parties.
